Prices honestly seem fine to me, very consistent with most Melbourne thrift shops and lower than the ones that have crazy managers hiking their prices up. Three stars because the quality of clothes was pretty mediocre. I didn't find any buys there.
Judging by the negative review something minor may have changed. Mine was a midweek midday shop. Fabulous staff discounting stuff at the checkout on the go. Shop is well presented good stuff all around. Most of the items we bought we're well priced like a real op shop.
I love op shops but this won't be a regular for me. If you love knick-knacks and kitchen bits and pieces then this is a good store for you. The clothing section felt sparse. Only a small range of infant clothes and nothing stood out - usually I buy five or six items. I left with the impression that this Vinnies is more expensive than other Vinnies stores that I've visited.
