Came in for a look around a few weeks ago with my daughter. The elderly lady who was working on that day wasn't friendly. She actually came across as though we were trying to lie about a hat being in a reduced bin. She made another staff member go ask whoever was in charge out the back and even after being told what the price of the hat was commented as though we were lying. Pretty ridiculous considering the hat, in her mind, was $8. The price isn't the issue, and we would have paid $50 for the hat if that was the marked price. I get she is old but there's no need to present yourself in a manner that is off putting and rude.

To expensive . A particular bag over $1000 it is not authentic.No number near handles also has paper work in pocket which that particular bag it does not come with paperwork .(Which is a known scam to add paperwork ). They need to do proper research if they sell a item for that price .

Higher-end prices compared to nearby op-shops. Most staff are lovely but I have encountered 2 extremely hostile members who are very rude, abusive and authoritarian to customers and other staff members alike. Large store with a well organised layout. Would recommend except on days when the above mentioned staff are on.

Large store. Well set out, clean and tidy. Considering all 'stock ' are charity donations, effort has been made with lovely displays so items look appealing. Always good to browse a Vinnies, found a lovely plate to match one I already had and a small cabinet I needed and happy I found it at Vinnies. Relaxed vibe, Volunteer Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly and obviously enjoyed their 'work ' at Vinnies. Definitely worth visiting to browse, buy or donate to a worthy cause😊
