The organisation of the childrens section is awful 🤣 I don't think intentionally - they have bags of toys not following any common themes. Most of them are ripped open and spilling everywhere. They've got random bits of duplo, potato head, marble mania, mega blocks, little people, animal figurines, vintage Macca's toys, play food (including Melissa and Doug wooden food) ECT all jumbled into random bags making them worthless if not organised correctly. So many good quality items would be flying off the shelves if they were organised better - instead they are probably ending up in landfill and not helping make Vinnie's any money. It's a real shame. I'm still giving 5 stars as the kids books were still just $1 - nothing was overpriced - bargains everywhere. Still managed to find some great items after some intense digging. I've included a picture - all this was only $13 so that's pretty good - but it was hard work. What's strange is the nearby savers has a very similar issue with their toy organisation - maybe it's a local thing 😬 have never seen it so bad anywhere else and I am a very regular thrifter.

This Vinnies was kinda weird. I got lots of boardgames which was great, but the staff were not very interactive. It was ok but not the usual warm experience you have at an opshop with the grandmas manning the counter . Prices are good.

When I was at the store, on Wednesday, I was worried and really stressful situation, being down from the country for a longer time than I expected. I had brought a friend down to have brain surgery at the Austin hospital. The young lady on staff I met was helpful and respectful. The final staff lady I met was so very compassionate, caring, understanding and truly listened to me and so very helpful. She truly is a wonderful member of your staff. You should be proud. I left the store feeling so much more positive. Thanks so much. To update her...The surgery went well, we arrived home safely late tonight.

Very large store. Very clean and neat and tidy. Huge range of produce. Was a bit pressed for time so didn't get a really good look around. I did buy a couple of toys for my grandson though. Very friendly, helpful staff. I will go back and have a proper look around.
