Kids First Op Shop in Rosanna would have to be one of my favourite op shops in the area. Firstly, as it's not huge, you're not overwhelmed with too many choices thus often becoming flustered. Thus if you're anything like myself, you tend to buy things you really didn't want nor need. Just to escape and breathe!!!! 🥴😵‍💫😬😮‍💨😶😌 But haven't experienced this at Kids First! Pfew 😁 The quality of donations is fantastic... 👗🧥🧤👔👖🩳🕶🎲🪡🧵🌵🪴 they even sell plants. Love that! I've yet to be confronted with a foul smelling shirt et al, cos someone was too lazy to wash before they donated! Perhaps a more apt reason is staff are onto this, and remove rather than allowing into store for customers to perennially buy (fabulous staff!!!) And I've only ever found a couple of items that were actually damaged. Prices are great, very affordable, and match the quality of the product. Lastly, the staff... Jen the manager is an absolute gem. She's kind and thoughtful, ever so helpful and will give you her honest opinion if you ask "do you think this dress suits me?" The kids section is small, albeit the quality again, is such that the limited clothing items are usurped by the beautiful choices one has to look through. The rewards system could do with an upgrade. If you forget your card (which I always do), unless you obtain a receipt that staff then stamp and can then add to your card when you bring in next, then reward points are missed. An all too often occurrence for moi. Keep up the fantastic work Jen & team... I m so grateful for you all and delight in the interactions we have when there. You're all stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thankyou🙏🙏🙏

One of my favourite op shops in my local area. Despite being quite a small store, they certainly knkw how to pack in a wide array of options. Clothing is of a Hugh quality, clean, and usually tear / rip / hole free. Some great treasures have been found and purchased. Kids sections is small however, quality over quantity always wins me over. So no, I'm not complaining. Staff are lovely, extremely helpful and willing to offer advice / thoughts if asked. I love this store. Keep up the amazing work.

Excellent & best presentation since lockdown which makes the shopping experience a dream. Fabulous bargains & gr8 customer service from Jenny & volunteer Claire or Gladys (my bad on names this time). A opp shop to b visited for sure❣❤❣

Great little Op Shop hidden in the side streets of a Rosanna and right next door to Miss Marie. There are some real gems to be had here. Lots of good clothes as well as homewares. The jewellery collection as well. There are bargains to be had here. Keep your eye on the window display which often reflects the season or upcoming events. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Kid friendly. Wheelchair friendly. Food parking out the front.
