Well done to the new manager running the store!!! Thank goodness for the new team on board!!! What a difference! Exceptional customer service and the friendliest volis that are currently working! Previous to the new crew onboard ,the staff were rude, wouldn’t allow exchanges even though the company policy allows it, and wouldn’t smile! Poor customer service!!!!! Manager and new volis are lovely which makes us customers go back!!!!!! Keep it up

Probably one of the slightly better and reasonably priced 'Op Shop'. Unlock salvos and most of other Vinnie stores, this one has a mixed bag of properly price used donated goods, affordable by the needies, all the way up to outrageously price items also like Salvos and other Vinnie stores. Big shop good variety. Definitely worth a stop if you can manage your blood pressure on some of the ridiculous price items.

Vinnies Ascot Vale store is well stocked with a wide range of pre loved clothing, homewares, books, furniture and other treasures, making it great for all kinds of bargain hunting. The selection is varied and interesting, from fashion and everyday essentials to unique pieces you might not find elsewhere. It’s easy to spend some time browsing and discovering unexpected gems in every corner of the shop. The space feels welcoming and organised, with plenty of items displayed neatly so you can actually enjoy exploring rather than feeling overwhelmed. Shopping here feels good not just because you can pick up great pieces at affordable prices, but also because every dollar you spend helps support the St Vincent de Paul Society’s community work.

Vinnies Ascot Vale is a stand out in this area. The shop is much deeper than it appears....goes right back. Loads of choice, fair pricing, and friendly service. The homewares section is huge, as are the selection of curated books. Everything is clean and pleasantly presented...no junky clutter. There's even a small amount of preloved furniture right at the back.Something for everyone. Worth seeking out.
