Good 2nd hand clothes, huge range Supercheap, so that you can not worry if it's not quite right for you.. just go back, donate it in the clothing bin, and get another one.
Seems like a scam that there's no changing rooms and they don't do returns. They must make bank not having to buy the clothes in the first place, people have to gamble about whether stuff fits or not, and it's in a crappy warehouse with uneven floors. Idk how you're supposed to buy pants there, feels pretty dehumanizing having to try stuff on over top of your clothes with a bunch of other people. The staff member who served me was unfriendly and rude, guess it must be a crap job. Very little there for $2, the stuff that was there was really falling apart. Even the slightly more expensive stuff was poor quality. I did get a brand new swanndri shirt with tags on for $30 though which I can't complain about!
So expensive and $2 section is getting smaller and smaller. I am not going to be donating clothes here anymore. At this point this is becoming rip-off shop
Decided to visit today for the first time in a few years. Was a bit disappointed honestly, not worth the trek across town for me again. Lots of $9.50 / garment item, not much in the $2 racks like I remember it used to be. Probably won't be coming again, felt too expensive considering theres no changing rooms anymore so you kind of just have to guess if something is a good fit or hold it up against a mirror... Felt like half the store was repurposed for the more expensive stuff and so I didnt end up getting much tbh.
The ladies at the front desk are always nice but busy. The ladies going around the shop anit so nice and friendly. The prices can seem greedy and I wonder how much they actually donate to charity? You can still find some good bargains though. They have upped their prices in recent times with Baby clothes now $1 and a $5 children's rack where children's was $1 and babies 50c. It's either too hot or too cold
