As of today, this is the best opshop (or thrift shop) I've shopped with and I hope I got enough space on my luggage. Great shopping experience, so many choices. Definitely, I'm going to visit again!
While savemart is getting so expensive, Toffs is so great and cheap. Every time I've gone I've found nice piece's to wear all for $2 each. Even some designer stuff for very reasonable prices. Exactly the point of going to a recycled clothing place. Just make sure you check the clothes properly, you can find the occasional wear and tear but not very often. Never change ❤️
Good cheap prices - $2 Although there are dearer things to buy. I bought a $5 Kathmandu polar fleece jacket and some $2 jackets/jerseys - spending a total of $15 cash. ( Quite satisfying considering the price of brand new )
Toff’s Recycled Clothing Warehouse is a Christchurch institution and a must-visit for anyone passionate about sustainable fashion or hunting for a bargain. The warehouse is packed with racks of clothing, materials, and shoes, most priced at just $2 per item. There’s also a separate section for higher-end finds, making it a treasure trove for both budget shoppers and those seeking something a bit special. The sheer size of the store means you’ll need to set aside a few hours to browse-but the thrill of the hunt is part of the fun. Toff’s is known for its no-frills, down-to-earth atmosphere and the chance to walk away with a full wardrobe for the price of a coffee. My family bought quite a few coffee there. It’s a true Christchurch icon for second-hand shopping.
