Very welcoming and kind
While getting through to emergency relief can be a bit daunting with call line always being full, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend if you're in need of same day assistance.
Friendly and inclusive place for the community, supportive staff members. Free food, clothing, activities and books are available.
Staff can be friendly at times. Limited help available due to funding & staff but they try & their heart is in the right place.
