It was a beautiful time there. There was a free brekky. People to talk to. And they helped with a food voucher (decent amount imo). Cheers
Not a bad op shop, lots to look through and some decently priced pieces available — unfortunately when I arrived at the counter the tall lady with the grey hair was extremely short with me. To give you an idea of her complete lack of interest in serving me, when I left I said “I hope your day gets better” and her reply was “I’M NOT YOUR MATE”. Although, she was laughing with other staff members as she approached the counter, so it’s clearly not just a bad day. I’ve left feeling a bit rattled to be completely honest and won’t be shopping here again.

This op shop has the kindest, most compassionate staff I have ever encountered. During a recent visit with my elderly grandmother, we found ourselves in an unexpected situation where she had an accident that went everywhere, and without missing a beat, the staff rushed in to help us. They were not only quick to respond but did so with such grace and understanding, treating my grandmother with the utmost respect and making sure she felt comfortable. Their kindness extended beyond words — these are genuinely warm-hearted people who went above and beyond! I left feeling incredibly grateful for their assistance and amazed by their humility. This is more than just an op shop; it’s a place where people truly care about the community they serve. Thank you so much to the wonderful team (and the lovely passer by who assisted us to the car and helped clean up)—you all made an embarrassing moment bearable with your genuine compassion ❤️
This is a fabulous Salvos store lots of great furniture and stuff you definitely want. They are open 9-5.30pm 6 days a week Sunday closed. Jo and Jake are just the loveliest people they will give you a great bundle deal. Always lovely to talk to and super friendly. You will love this store.
