Beautiful spacious store with eye catching presentation. The staff is a motley crew of wonderful personalities with a customer centric approach, which adds a personal touch to the boutique-feel much missed in retail these days. Had a fairly great experience with them, in comparison with the other one *cough* G**dByes *cough* Swop took a few of my items and gave a fair reasons of why they didn’t take the rest, also in store experience was fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful. The system is easy to use. I would give them 5 star if they folded my clothes or at least didn’t make them all wrinkled up. Edit: one extra star for the excellent team with their amazing communication style. (They reached out in regards to my review with an sincere email)
