I came in today for an authentication service for my Louis Vuitton bag and was greeted with warm smiles from the moment I arrived. I left with much more than just the certificate. Bridget was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and generous with her time. She shared a lot of helpful information that will genuinely assist me with other projects going forward. The whole experience felt welcoming, professional, and authentic. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine. Highly recommend Studio61 Boutique to anyone. I will 100% be going back the next time I need something authenticated or looked at. 10/10!!!
I love studio 61. It has the most exquisite fashion . Always good quality ,always authentic.Great team who are helpful, professional and just lovely. If I have an occasion; whether it be a lunch , a wedding or a day out I will always find something at Studio 61. Easy to buy online also but now with the Victoria Cross metro its a very short walk to their beautiful shop !
Fantastic customer service from the ladies at Studio 61 Boutique! I was able to get my Dior bag which I had purchased online from another store authenticated so easily. The ladies were so generous with their time and talked me through the process. They went the extra mile in explaining authentication and supporting me with the possiblity of consignment. Highly recommend their gorgeous little boutique and outstanding customer service.
Bridget is the most prompt dealer offered me a list of quote per items I want to sell, due to personal finance I sold and consigned a few pieces with other shops who start to take booking earlier than studio 61. Without given her notice ahead, which I should, I have bring in much less items than the list of items I asked her to quote on, Bridget has show her understanding and respected my interest. She was clear with her communication, and explained how her business operate professionally, her shop is fully insured, and safe with cameras, I trust my bags will sell well with Bridget.
