I donate all my excess items here. Lately, I have been donating at least a bag of clothes every few weeks due to decluttering / moving house. Today, I brought in two brand new wool quilts and was rejected - they apparently don’t take quilts / blankets etc. which I found quite baffling and disappointing. You would think basic household items such as bedding would be one of their most needed items. Attitude of staff also quite average bordering on unfriendly.

A very large OP shop with a homewares/furniture section at the back. There is a great team with mostly volunteers here. New stock things are coming all the time and they have high quality. They have an inclusive volunteer team with some members with disabilities. One of the nicest OP shops in Sydney.

To all you people who write negative reviews......GET A GRIP!!! These people work hard unpacking and sorting all the clothes, bric a brac and toys etc. They do a fantastic job BUT a lot of times encounter CUSTOMERS who feel "entitled", yes I said "entitled". If you go in with a bad attitude, don't expect the staff to give you respect. A lot of them are volunteers so give them respect as they are there to genuinely help you when asked.
