Mandy and Anne were amazing. Great atmosphere and have us a real laugh. They're the perfect people to be in that shop 🌻
First thing is, I just love this shop. The new manager has taken it from 0 to 100 in the time she has been there. I was in there this afternoon and I was disgusted, with the behavior of another customer that was there. The manager was so composed and handled herself with such decorum, as this woman is yelling at her. There was no need for this woman's carry on. Even after the manager let her buy things from the donation trolley before they had even been sort. Its just disgusting what manager's and staff have to put up with.
Thankyou for your warm and friendly service, it was my first time here and was surprised to see your shop, i didnt know you were there, no blue flag to say hey im over here..lovely vibe, left feeling energised!!
