I made an online order for an out of print book from 1989 that was referred to during my Museum Studies course. Not only did Smiths have the book for a fantastic price, it was also packaged and delivered quickly with no damage at all. The description of the book on the website was accurate and there were no surprises when I received it. The package even came with a lovely had written note from the owners thanking me for purchasing through them. Couldn’t ask for better service from a book shop! I will definitely be buying through them in the future without hesitation :)
