Fantastic service Kelly by at the Salvos Belco. We urgently needed a new mattress for guests , called the Salvos Belconnen and Kelly answered. Beautiful customer service and phone manner. Went out to look to see if they had a bed in a box and they did. Kelly even read me the reviews and told me that they were from the company OMF . Well done for being so customer centric. My husband collected the mattress that day and said that Kelly was polite, professional and all over everything that was happening in the store. Thanks Kelly, kudos to you 😃
This is one of my go to op shops. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Variety of items and prices are great. Always walk out with something.
I have been to this store several times and every time, staff have been rude. I'm never greeted when coming in, and at the register absolute silence. I often ask the cashier "how are you going?" etc but just get totally ignored. The store itself feels spacious but prices are not great there is a discount rack at the back where you can find a few good items.
