Cheers for letting my family add a new member Bobby aka Billy B is awesome. Doubled in size in 2 weeks walking off the lead. Sitting before eating. Won't eat until summoned. N loves the heater. Cheers Dillon.
If you're looking to have your cat spayed or neutered, this place is highly recommended. They have professional staff and offer affordable prices. The only downside is that it's quite far away!
Adopted my little man Joe last Saturday, customer service at reception was good, unfortunately inside the cattery they did not inform me that I had to go on a waiting list or approach me so I stood there for 1.5 hours until another customer told me. I then had to wait another hour to actually see my little man. Customer service could be improved so others dont leave and these animals lose out. Otherwise, I adore my little man and he is grateful to have a home, he was lucky I was so patient having to wait so long.
This animal shelter is excellent! The building is nice and fully equipped with everything needed to care for the animals. The staff are very helpful and allow you to spend time looking at the cats. The entire facility is very clean, making it a comfortable and welcoming place. Highly recommend for anyone looking to adopt or visit!
