A great shop for both donating and purchasing goods. A good range of clothing, handbags, shoes, books, childrens toys, puzzles, games, pet items, CDs, DVD's, jewellery, kitchen goods, glassware, storage containers and general bric a brac items. Bargains can often be found along with occasional vintage items.
I previously dropped off items when there was a young lass serving at the counter - great customer service skill. Not sure if I caught the woman volunteer at a bad time with my phone enquiry (she sounded like an older person). She snappishly said "We are not accepting donation now, I'm with a customer!" and hung up on me. Poor customer service skill. Not impressed at all.
I give five stars. I think it’s so much better now, good items come in. The prices are up , good brand names of clothing you go into the proper shop be paying a lot more so you’re getting it quite a good price at the shop . Because we’ve got to think of the animals and things that have tags on it previous what is that like being brand-new but they come down in price. Just remember the money goes to the animals. THINK OF THEM !
Our puppies love this shop friendly helpful staff all under the direction of Sarah what a joy highly recommend it it's the place to be for a selection of current and not so current and the selection of books is to be impressed
