I am obsessed with this shop! The girl with the cool hair, I think her name is Emily is such a genuine person. She actually helped me style an outfit for an interview I was going to! (I got the job) :) I’m not from here so it was nice to feel like I was at home again, shopping local.
I had such an amazing experience at this shop, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the girl with the fringe - she is genuinely incredible at what she does. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Her customer service is next level, so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. You can tell she really cares about helping people and takes pride in her work.
Coming every now and then, shop is well presented yet small, prices are overall OK, but there is something with this girl that sounds rude every time I see her. She calls “her volunteers” stupid for making mistakes with pricing and the time before she was not sounding very kind when the repair guy came to do some fixing, she was talking to him “like, what am I supposed to do, kick my customers out?” It’s not his fault he was just coming to do his job poor thing, I don’t know if this chick is the manager or thinks she is the manager but If I see her at the counter from outside, I don’t walk in…

the young lady working here had good customer service. I like that she just got on with her work & let me shop in peace. I normally tend to find hidden gems @ red cross stores & yesterday i found a cropped light denim jacket for $12 in the staff picks section so i recommend going their as the staff put the nicer things their. Overall, i loved shopping @ this red cross but i won't be back again unless i'm around the Lane Cove area. However, i will continue to buy from my local red cross for years to come!
