A very vanilla op shop At 11:30 am Saturday on bustling Koornang Rd no one else in store. There's a so,so a range of clean clothing items. However, the prices don't match the boutique experience of RC Malvern. Paperback kid story books are priced at $3 (Malvern Vinnies sells the same for 50 cents). Zero stars for a customer service assistant who didn't even greet me. This store relies totally on foot traffic... no compelling reason to go back. Try Salvos Carnegie at the opposite end of Koornang Road shops.

I agree with majority of the comments about stock being on a expensive side, however I received unbelievable service from Olena and gentleman on duty this Monday (26/02/24) . Advice I got from Olena, and delightful service from already mentioned gentleman, made up for perhaps slightly expensive top. One thing I didn’t like is policy of the management to display certain items in the window, just to be told, that is not for sale. You are in business of sale, don’t display, what you are not selling. Nevertheless five stars to Monday staff.

Cute shop with stock priced accordingly. Friendly staff who are helpful. Disappointing to read other negative comments about the cost of stock.... and YES a "new jumper" will cost you $50 if it's original price was $140 or designer labels. Keep up the good work.
