Have used them a few times. Overall I’ve never found the staff to be that pleasant but I’m normally there to drop off clothes, not make friends so am never too fussed. But clothes have gone missing a few times now and when I tried to drop off my clothes today, I was told I couldn’t drop them off and come back an hour later like I always do, I’d have to stand and wait for which I didn’t have time. If they’re going to suddenly change what they do, emails would probably be advisable. I walked nearly two miles with two bags full of clothes. Thankfully, there’s a store that does the same thing just down the road so just went there instead! Fingers crossed they’re better, the staff were certainly more pleasant.

Walked in and there seemed to be a bit of an issue occurring at the counter with a customer complaining about the store’s policy and being difficult because they weren’t getting their way. Go sell elsewhere then? Staff with long black hair dealt with them very professionally and stood her ground which was very commendable given how hard the customer seemed to be pushing it. Great store with great clothes and great staff!!
