Dropped off a bag of clothes here — all in season, branded, and in great condition — and none of them were accepted. One of the items I'd actually bought from them only a month ago, so it was good enough to sell to me but apparently not good enough to take back. That's fair enough on its own; I know acceptance is at their discretion. What also bothered me was that when I followed up with the team, I got no reason at all, just "unaccepted." A bit of transparency would go a long way. If certain brands, styles or stock levels don't work for you right now, just say so. As it stands, I'm left guessing what the actual standard is. The staff were polite enough, but the process felt like a black box — and after this experience, I won't be selling with them again.

I recently had dealings with a wonderful guy called Ira. I had issues with not being able to contact anyone via email and he was really helpful and efficient. He had a lovely attitude and solved my issues. Great staff member. An asset to the business!
