Really great service from Liv today, went above and beyond when she noticed I was having a bit of trouble 😅 Customer service like that really makes the experience rememberable, thanks again I’m very appreciative ☺️
Edited to remove names* The team did me a huge solid and sorted my consignment despite being 1 of 3 team members down. Very appreciative for their understanding, plus the whole consignment process was easy to understand and fair. I also appreciated Sophia’s honesty with the shoes I had brought in and their capacity to stock them, even if they were brand new and in boxes. What a time -saving gem! I will be back in future to browse their store - thanks again team!
Hands down my favourite shop in all of Melbourne. The staff are always fantastic and the selection is amazing. Be careful! You may end up spending all of your money here, it's that good!
Unfriendly staff who only talk to you at the registers when you decide to buy something. Every time I’ve bought something from here with pockets there has been trash in the pockets, wish they had more attention to detail when processing items especially that you are paying a higher secondhand price for. I would let this slide in a volunteer based second hand shop but not at a place like this.
