I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experiences I have had at your Op Shop, made even more memorable by the vivacious, warm, and genuine presence of the Manager, Marie. Her dedication and positive spirit significantly enhanced the atmosphere, making the visit truly enjoyable. It was therefore quite shocking and deeply concerning to hear about the manner in which Marie has been treated by Family Life. Such treatment seems wholly inconsistent with the values of care, support, and compassion that Family Life espouses. It is disappointing to learn that a team member of Marie’s calibre has been subjected to anything less than respect and kindness. Should Marie choose to pursue this matter further, I, Jcain, a customer, would be more than willing to represent her in seeking a fair and just resolution. Please reach out! I strongly believe it would serve the best interests of Family Life to do better & demonstrate genuine care and commitment to the welfare of your staff.
Staff were really friendly and helpful! Saved me time looking for comics :) Unfortunately, they don’t have comics here if you’re after those! But they definitely do have other items that are worth checking out! ^_^ Thank you again!
Quality, well arranged items. Not the cheapest but good quality items. Worth dropping in, and good charity.
Like all family life shops, things here are overpriced. I did find a jacket I loved for $25 (on the top end) but then also found a wool shawl for $80!!! Seriously overpriced. This is NOT giving people the chance to buy affordable fashion - I don’t care what the money is used for.
I visited this cute little op shop yesterday with my cousins and we had such a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and the manager was super helpful, friendly and kind. She went above and beyond for us answering questions we had about some items and even helped us Google one item so we could learn more about its worth and history. This op shop feels friendly, clean and very welcoming. We walked away with some great bargains. I wish we lived closer so we could visit more often!
