Stopped by Midwest Trader in Adelaide recently and ended up finding cool pieces like bandanas, trucker caps, band tees and some really good Carhartt pants. Prices are pretty reasonable for vintage. The owners have an incredible sense of style and a genuinely cool presence that carries through the whole shop. You can tell they’ve put real thought into curating the space. Also wanted to mention India and Sophia, both really friendly and easy to chat to. They gave helpful suggestions which I appreciated. India especially has a great eye, she helped me pick out a few pieces that actually suited me and she styles the clothes instore really well.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an awesome experience visiting Midwest Traders. The moment I walked in, I was blown away by how cool the place looks — there’s memorabilia everywhere and such a great vibe throughout the store. It’s one of those places you can just take your time in and enjoy looking around. I came in searching for a very specific shirt that I knew would be difficult to find, but the young girl behind the counter (blonde hair with an American accent) was incredibly helpful. She really took the time to assist me and went above and beyond to help track it down, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend not only if you’re looking for something in particular, but even just to come in and check the place out. Great atmosphere and even better service!
Amazing range of vintage!!! Always so kind when I come in the shop, awesome owners. Always recommend this shop to people when in Adelaide! Nothing else like it!!
Best quality vintage in Adelaide! Midwest Trader is an East End icon. When near Rundle Street you MUST pop in. Guaranteed you'll find a unique piece that you can't get anywhere else here. The dogs also love adding to their bandana collection.. Thanks again Kate!
Definitely one of the best shops in Adelaide has a lot of unique cloths and items. It has new and second hand stuff from shirts, hats, jeans, stickers and cowboy boots. But what makes this shop worth visiting other than the items they stock is there customer service and hospitality has always been great. I would definitely recommend visiting this shop there is actually a Wilson’s carpark right next to it for convenient parking.
