We were visiting friends at Mudgee. And encouraged them to come with us to this Charity Shop and the Salvos. As they don’t come to these shops. But we loved too. At the Salvos, our friends bought a big queen size bed quilt. And we bought a tea towel. We were actually chasing steak knives. Because the Big4 caravan parks cabins had no steak knives. They advised us to come down here. If your from overseas, travelling in a campervan or car. Or a miner camping in a park. This place has everything your kitchen needs. All their electrical goods have been tested and tagged with dates on them. Stubby coolers, glasses, coffee mugs and all crockery. A boat load of plastic containers and drink bottles. All the kitchen knives you will need. And heaps to choose from. Including steak knives. We bought a small cd/radio am fm. Tested and tagged only $6. And lots of good condition tools for all uses. Do not pass this shop. I guarantee you. You will by something. We bought some old small figurines. And they packed all of them in, separate bubble wrap. Into a small box. The care and attention the senior lady put in to looking after us. Was second to none.

Lovely place. Has lot of stuff.and well priced had a blast there . Beautiful people was a pleasure to meet and shop their..I highly recommend going for a look 😀

Bargins galore...there's an antiques area in the middle of the shop with well priced items from china to a 1960s mini tail light cover...extremely friendly and helpful staff there's a furniture shop across the Rd that's part of the place also...very clean tidy shop...always new things coming in

Outstanding non profit little op shop that genuinely represents the community. The two sisters working on the till were very kind and helpful. They have an amazing range of diverse products that are often sourced from local deceased estates, as well as donations. Rare old toys, tools, games, books, artefacts and so much more, you will find so much of interest here that you simply can't find in the 'corporate' op shops. Prices were so cheap too, a must visit in Kandos.

The highlight of our visit to Kandos was the Community Charity Shop, which is huge (not something you would expect to see in a small town), there are aisles and aisles of intriguing stuff, we spent at least an hour rummaging through, all there interesting stuff.
