I too have found their number and address was not the same as recorded when I moved in. Also approximately 5 years ago and I had a change in the amount of people who were living at the property, I had constantly tried calling the number which was not current and any I could find online also was not current. Even my support workers tried contacting them numerous times to try and get a new rental rate, only to be halted by no answers. I was left with only 1 choice, so I stopped paying rent. Usually they would make call me if 1 payment was missing. Instead eventually they refused to acknowledge my support workers and bullied me instead, it took seven months to contact me that time and they took me to VCAT and I still agreed to a payment plan only to have the housing workers try to evict me anyway just due to the amount of time it would take me to pay back the rent arrears. Thankfully the judge ruled in my favour. Also getting any maintenance done is next to impossible when it's not an emergency and unfair practices when it came to legal procedures within the tenancy spaces.
