It’s ethically concerning to charge premium prices for items that were donated for free. Charity shops exist to raise funds, but also to provide affordable goods to the community. Pricing a donated polo shirt at $35 is pitiful. Fair pricing benefits everyone, the charity, shoppers, and the environment.

Thought I’d revisit as last time I found them overpriced. Well the same person must be managing the place. Pretty Greedy if you ask me. When it comes to the pricing, Ridiculous! Overpriced and yes I know the money goes to help people in need but geez. $12 for a Kmart basketball wear and tear when Kmart sell them for $10 new. Kids clothes were up there wanting $5 for anko. I saw $80 piece of clothing , $100 camera lense (marketplace is cheaper) This is the highest priced op shop I’ve been to on the Gold Coast by far and I travel from Pimpama to Tweed heads exploring op shops. Can never really justify the increase and not by a little by a lot. Ladies are friendly but won’t be returning

This is supposed to be an OP shop where items are donated by the public and sold at discounted prices. This store did not support this. Items are too expensive and I would be able to purchase the same items cheaper at Kmart. Shame on Vinnies for having such ludicrous pricing! To add to this, the staff I encountered were not welcoming and I was made to feel like I was putting the lady at the counter out. Vinnies; take a look at your pricing and take a look at the people you trust to run this store. From the reviews on here, a lot of people feel the same way.

Quite taken back by the unprofessional rude staff especially approaching the disabled with their support dogs (unacceptable ladies!!!) and gossiping about others more unfortunate accidents in the shop and sharing of instances. Prices are through the roof especially for charity. Bring back the kind little Asian lady 🙏🏼.ALL other staff rude unprofessional and needs adjusting.

Great little op shop. For such a small space, they have ALOT of various stock in this shop. Someone has spent a good amount of time making good use of the space without it looking cluttered or messy. Pricing was on the high side, which is becoming typical for the larger well known op shop chains. They did have a markdown rack which was quite varied in its stock. Limited parking options as it is located as part of a shopping centre.
