I donate a fair amount to this shop although I feel like when I bring in donations they treat it like bags of rubbish a thank you wouldn't go a miss. I have come into the shop since 2016 I visit at least once a fortnight. I do spend a long time picking out my item's checking for holes/damage and looking for natural fibres due to my sensory issues with audhd. Staff have been patient with me near closing time. The shop appears welcoming with seasonal window display's, is brightly lit, well laid out with colour coordindated clothing rails. It appears clean and has no bad odour. Pricing can be steep for the branded items. the thicker coats that arn't in best condition should be far cheaper like £2 each or donated to a shelter because that will help the most vunerable in society to keep warm, especially those who are homeless or struggling with heating bills. Four members inc manager have excellent customer service skills. However two of your volunteers are not very approachable.
