I frequent this shop weekly on my lunch breaks as I work close by. I find some amazing finds and I love the volunteers they are always so friendly! Today on my thrift adventure I was told I could only pay cash- so I asked if the lady behind the counter if it was ok to hold my purchase while I went to the atm - she said it was ok- as I walked away the gentleman behind the counter made a sarcastic comment that it wasn’t ok and was quite rude about it First of all why aren’t you taking card? and second of all why is it an issue to hold my goods while I go and get cash to come back within minutes to make the purchase with cash as your manager requested? Just find it weird when this has never been the case before And not only that in my return telling another customer in front of me they can try on my purchase cause I won’t be back? I hate leaving bad reviews, but It just left me feeling a bit yuck

Typical boutique salvos store. Nice clean, well set out store Pricing is typical of salvos store. Higher quality lines separated from 'mainstream' ranges. Lovely staff.
