RSPCA Op Shop New Farm

Well worth a visit! Fantastic range of items that are turned over quickly. Always has near-new or new designer clothes for a steal that have been generously donated plus other clothing bargains. Head here before you go to James Street! The volunteers make any outing a great experience too.

Extremely disappointed in my experience at the shop today. I asked whether I could seperate a spoon and dish set and only buy the spoon. The woman working went out the back and researched with the other workers before proceeding to tell me I could not buy the spoon because they had to reprice it. I was denied the chance to buy this already highly priced item because they decided it was a collectible and is worth more. I was in total shock that an “OP shop” could steep so low. This is people’s junk that they do not want anymore sold to raise money for charity, not an antique shop. I will never be returning here. Do better

Visited today and was pretty shocked by the pricing. I’ve been to a lot of op shops around Brisbane and this one felt more like a boutique resale store than a charity shop. Second-hand basics priced close to retail just doesn’t make sense. People donate thinking they’re helping others access affordable items, but at these prices most of it will sit on the racks. I’d honestly suggest donating somewhere that keeps things reasonably priced so the community actually benefits.

Good quality clothes & accessories mostly, I always enjoy dropping in to see what I can find. Only drawback is the size, very small shop for the amount of stock, racks are so close together it's impossible to manoeuvre around easily when alot of customers. Shop needs a rethink on the layout.

Fabulous little op shop, boutique finds at affordable prices. Awesome staff, and a regular turnover of🕶👔👕👖🧣🧥👗🩱🩳👚👛👜🛍🩴👞👟🥿👠👡👢🧢📚 fashion, kitchenware, books and quirky discoveries. Donations NOT accepted after 1pm. Dogs welcome! 🐶🐕🐩🐱🐈🐈‍⬛🧸
