Love this opshop for furniture . Had a really amazing women last Saturday I believe her name was Annie ( hope I got it right ) rollout a beautiful couch. I was a little unsure and she was so helpful and patient with me as I made my decision . It was so reasonably priced and then the credit I got as a member card I went back a week later and snapped up some beautiful pillows for free !!
I’m a local and visit here weekly, it used to be my favorite op shop. Staff are friendly but in the last 6 months they have tripped or quadrupled their prices on a standard items like kitchenware, sweaters and jumpers and pants. Not sure if this is because of a new manager or team members — but it really is a shame for those shopping here out of necessity. I’ll adjust my review if things change , but this pricing is far less of an issue at the smaller Vinnies around the corner
Decent range, but way overpriced. They are, in some instances, unfortunately charging more than retail price. Photos attached as an example. New product is $22, second hand item priced at $25. Very disappointing
Sebastopol Salvos is a wonderful store; well set out and easy to browse. The store teems with great finds — from clothing and homewares to books and little treasures and trinkets you wouldn’t expect. Prices are fair, and it’s clear the staff and volunteers genuinely care about helping the community. A great place to shop while supporting a good cause.
