Firstly as a customer and now as a seller, I can confirm this is the way to shop! So many of my favourite pieces are from Thrifter Kawana. It makes the shopping experience so fun. As a seller, Ren and the girls are amazing. Such an incredible business and Eliza at the Kawana store is an angel. So helpful. Laura D
First time hiring a rack and I’m honestly so impressed with the entire experience. The communication was excellent, and everything was so easy to navigate as a first timer. It’s such a great alternative to throwing perfectly good clothes into bin bags… this gives them a second life in the best way. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind every time I came in to restock. I was always warmly greeted and offered help, which made the whole process even more enjoyable. Amazingly well done, Thrifter you should be so proud of what you’ve created!
This place is great, friendly staff and an aircon shop. BUT so disappointing that they have gone CASHLESS.. I won’t be back until they have changed their stance on this! Answering your comment on being cashless, cash is STILL legal tender, once we loose the right to use cash we will loose our freedom. I can understand you have to pay your vendors, but cash is easily put into accounts at the end of the week solving the issue. Unfortunately I cannot continue to support you not can any of the groups I am part of. You will stand to loose trade because of your stance!
As a regular seller at Thrifter I am ALWAYS thrilled with the profit I make on my rack. It is crazy how little effort I need to do to make money off my clothing each time. I tag my clothes, I rack it up and for the entire month the thrifter team handle all the marketing, the retail aspect, the money etc. I couldn’t rate it more! As a buyer, my experience has always been amazing! The staff are always friendly, the transaction is always efficient and the options to buy…. Say less, take my money haha 💸💸💸
I have had such a great experience selling at Thrifter Kawana. The store always has a lot of customers which gives you a lot of opportunities to make a sale. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products currently in the store so are able to help you find what you are looking for. I also love that the cost is a flat fee so that you know exactly what it will cost to have a rack from the outset. I have been very satisfied with the outcome of my sales from the racks I have hired. I will definitely be returning as a seller and shopper.
