I came in today looking for new clothes for my new job. In the whole time I was in the store, no one bothered to approach me to welcome me, or ask if I required any assistance. It was dead quiet, and I noticed the staff all chatting to each other at the front desk. What made me the most upset was that the whole time I was in the fitting room, none of the staff offered me any guidance or to grab extra sizes for me to try on. For someone who has worked in customer service for years, and prides themselves in great customer experience, I felt extremely dissatisfied. Very disappointing experience overall, I only ended up purchasing an item because I had a voucher, otherwise I wouldn't have bought anything.
Today, I experienced the best customer service I’ve had in a really long time. Honestly, after walking around Marion Shopping Centre, I had started to feel like great customer service was a thing of the past—until I walked into Forever New at Marion. The sales associates were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, helped me find the perfect fit, and made sure I felt confident in my choices. They didn’t just point me in the direction of items—they genuinely assisted me through the entire process. What stood out most was how they went above and beyond—even offering to hold my items and helping me organise everything I needed. Their attitude was warm, attentive, and professional without being pushy. A massive thank you to the team at Forever New Marion for reminding me what real customer service feels like. I walked out feeling happy, confident, and valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be back!
I came to Forever New at Marion to try on some sequin dresses, not expecting much as I dislike clothes shopping. It was in December last year but I was asked what I needed by the store manager (I think?), and she accomodated for me instantly, gave me a couple options, dress sizes, shoes and a stall and made sure I was happy with the dress. I found the most comfortable dress I have ever bought in my life, and in under 10 minutes which is a record! Great service, friendly and lovely staff. When I need a fancy dress again I will know where to go. Thankyou heaps!
Hi I visited your marion store today and was served by Jules! Can I just say, she was so helpful.... she sorted out my click and collect and was kind enough to try and find the dress I was looking for at other stores, calling customer service to help with my online purpose. She is a very valuable staff member and an asset to your store 😁
