This is the second time I've purchased a G-Shock watch from Pennywise Ipswich, my customer service experience was fantastic in both instances. If you like shopping somewhere where you're treated like a valued customer and where the price are reasonable, then Pennywise is the place.
The staff here were super helpful. Provided extra info about the item for me, then held it for me while we drove there. Then let me test it and let me negotiate a great deal. All easy and cheerful! To top it all off they gifted as a little extra to go with it in the end, as well as advice on where to eat and visit while in the area! Couldn't ask for more. Thanks!

I'm a big fan of this secondhand pawnbroker shop. Pennywise features two sections: a retail area and a loan/sell section. It's a locally owned and operated business, not part of a large franchise. The location is excellent—easy and convenient to reach, situated in Ipswich right across from Coles. However, the front door isn't automatic, which could pose a challenge for customers using walking aids. Fortunately, public transport options, including trains and buses, are nearby. The retail section is always immaculate and attractively organized, offering an extensive selection of items. Unlike some secondhand stores that overwhelm with their stock levels, this one maintains a comfortable atmosphere. Prices are highly competitive, making it my top choice for everything from tools and toys to jewelry and more. Customer service is consistently outstanding, and I wholeheartedly encourage everyone to visit and support this local gem. You'll be impressed, and you're sure to find a bargain! Additionally, their entire product range is available online, so you can shop without leaving home.
