I've been an avid op shopper for more than 30 years, so I didn't have high expectations for this store when it first opened. Op shopping isn't what it used to be, and many stores now seem to price items based on Google and eBay searches. Being a newly built, large store, I assumed the prices would be on the high side. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. I've visited this store every day since it opened, and it's quickly become a favourite. The prices are fair, and it's still possible to find a genuine treasure at a great price. The store itself is spacious, bright, and easy to browse. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always up for a laugh. The manager, Chrissy, is lovely and very easy to talk to. I'm more of a bric-a-brac shopper, and while that section isn't overflowing with stock, items move through quite quickly, so you're not looking at the same things day after day. As the store relies on donations, that's simply the nature of op shopping—what gets donated is what becomes available for purchase. One thing I particularly appreciate is that the money raised through this store benefits Australians, with proceeds staying here in Australia. There are plenty of shopping baskets available as you walk in, and the music playing throughout the store adds to the atmosphere—you can even have a little boogie while treasure hunting! Overall, a fantastic op shop with fair prices, friendly staff, and the chance to still uncover some great finds. Definitely worth a visit

Good variety of goods but new stuff overpriced. Mostly clothes and lite on household goods. I'm sure it will get more donations. 😃 Carpark was full but got a space very close.
