However it was my 1st stop in there i loved my experience and stuff was cool & friendly. Got a box of watches (7 in total) for only 8$ dollars.. Looks like it an old fashioned op-shop and id give them a credit for their efforts and wont ask too much (an elderly volunteers working is always an examp of how we all should do ) Thanks A.

Had been so excited to finally get into this op shop after missing many opportunities to go and after my visit today I can say I won't be returning. I bought a couple of tops but at $8 a piece I couldn't afford any more. I saw a beautiful dress I really liked but they had it individually priced at $20 because of the brand. Gone are the days where you get excited about finding a good brand at a bargain price. Too many op shops using Google Lense and eBay incorrectly that it ruins it for those who genuinely want to shop for themselves. Pricing is inconsistent throughout the store and displayed randomly throughout - very confusing and even the volunteers have no idea. 2 of them had a dispute at the counter right in front of me over something not being half price even though it was in the half price section... didn't end up giving me the discount even after agreeing that their system is too confusing. I would have purchased WAY more if the prices weren't so expensive.

I frequent this shop often to purchase and donate, however from time to time I encounter some unkind and disappointing behaviour from a few volunteers and today I decided it is worth noting. On two occasions (with the same volunteer), I have been spoken to with an underlying tone insinuating I do not understand her, intend to steal or cannot be trusted to peruse. I understand that there are some unfortunate events where people steal from op shops, however, I am not one of them. It is extremely disappointing to be treated this way and hear passing comments to another volunteer such as, “Oh, there are cameras in the store” to bully or make others feel unwelcome. I would like to think this has nothing to do with my appearance or the way I dress. My intention is to raise awareness and use my voice to help represent those who may have been treated this way and are unable to share. Ending on a positive note, items range from $8 and ticketed if deemed more valuable, with 1/2 price sales from time to time. Range is decent with your usual brands, some gems every now and then. It’s the old school feel, bric-a-brac and the few volunteers I see often (Monday and Wednesday mornings I feel most welcome) that make the place worth a visit.
