The grumpy old man is...Jeffrey and he's not grumpy he's...just an old man that doesn't smile much. Prices are the cheapest for the area. I really recommend this store over the Vinnies where the old lady is very rude and didn't wanted me to return a jacket 😑.
I normally really like this shop but there is a grumpy old man that is beyond rude. Wouldn’t accept donations and which is fine, but they way he spoke to me in horrible tone was unacceptable. This is not the first time he’s been rude either, he stood in front of my baby’s pram once and said ‘your baby is coughing’ and suggested we leave - He has Athsma and struggles in winter. Just rude and makes the shop so uncomfortable which is a shame.
Found this amazing second hand mirror! I really value the variety of products, but more importantly the continues fantastic work of the Salvation Army team! I always experience them with such an engagement and meaning of what they are doing - thank you so much 🙏
