The people shaming the staff/the particular store for pricing need to realise that it's the head office have a budget standard that the stores are required to make. The staff would love to discount some items but simply can't. Also realise that quite a lot of items there are discarded new clearance stock from clothing stores and the like, and every so often you get high end gear for a bargain price.
Beautiful OP shop in Donnybrook, the shop itself is in a giant shed so it gives it a really interesting rural town vibe. Helpful and pleasant staff made the deal hunting environment that much better; definitely drop in if you're passing by.
