Vinnies Clarkson Shop

Excellent customer service from the young staff member Jake. He assisted me in finding what i was looking for , using exceptional manners with an intent to help me the best to his abilities. For this reason Vinnie's Clarkson will be getting a 5 on my list of charity shops.

The sign on the door says open to 5pm. I walked in at 4:50pm and the staff looked amazed. They walked out from behind the desk and said 'we are closing soon'. I said 'OK'. They kept looking at me. I asked if they wanted me to leave. They said 'Yes, we are closing soon', so I walked out.

The best opp shop in Australia

One of the best, most well presented charity shops I've visited. It is clear to see that both staff and volunteers care about the customer experience. Well done, keep up the good work!

The staff at Vinnies in Clarkson thanked me for the items I took in and even gave me a thank you card to give to the person donating the goods. This was in stark contrast to another well known charity who on two occasions didn’t even say thank you and told me to put art work “outside by the bin”
