One of the best Op shops on the coast. Service is amazing. Always a good experience and always have so much to offer!!
Just to applaud a kind and caring counter staff named Alison👏🏼👏🏼 She is at the store Friday and Saturday helping one and all. Dedicated and courteous to customers which is most commendable. It does take a lot at times I have noticed, but a volunteer who gives it her all. Please convey our appreciation to her! Keep up the good work Alison👍 Thank You! Juliet
This store is very well set up and signed. All staff very friendly and helpful even though they are busy. I've never seen anyone standing idle but always greet customers with a smile and happy to offer assistance when asked. Ally obviously runs a great store for Lifeline as everyone is happy to be there.
Huge shout out to Debra working today who clearly understands that good vibes are priceless (and discounts help too 😉). She had us laughing, was incredibly kind, and went out of her way to help us when another staff member couldn’t. Made our day — and our purchase — much better.
