Jack replied quickly to my request to view a sofa and we arranged a meeting to view for the following day. He was punctual and professional and once the transaction was complete, he promised to deliver it the following day. No long waits for weeks as is the case for most furniture/whiteware sales and he arrived with the sofa at our specified time. After having to steer myself through the scams....which there are a surprising large number of on Marketplace, it was satisfying to meet a man of his word.
Absolutely happy with service. Lounge suite is in excellent condition. Delivery was right on time. Jack was very friendly and so helpful. Wouldn’t leave until the suite was perfectly arranged in the lounge. Now for my la-z boy!
Jack went out of his way to open the shop for us on a public holiday. The prices are great and the service even beter! Will definately be shopping for furniture here again soon!
