Conveniently located near the station and seems to have parking options, the store is reasonably sized across 3 levels. My main reason for my rating of 3 (being generous) instead of 4 is the attitude of the lady of Indian background, she is really rude and on a powertrip aptitude, she yells, gives you non sense. I visited close to the end of business hours, there were a few customers still in the store and there was a queues, we formed just following the flow of the person in front of us and she kept yelling at us "what are you doing standing in there oh my good" "why dont uou move" "we are closing" but still chatting with others around her, like seriously we were literally stuck waiting for her and got told off for that, she needs a reality check, when we replied we were literally waiting in the queue she kept shouting at us, honestly that is not ok on any level, she needs training or if it is too much to be polite, she needs to be sent to the back to help, where she does not interact with customers. I also inquired about an item that was broken and had half of it missing, I asked if that was the best price and showed to her what the item looks like and she just said "oh that is really expensive I looked it up" yes she looked it up when it was new 10 years ago, complete and with warranty. Then I showed her the average price of COMPLETE second hand ones that was off by just $20 of their price and she said "if you cant affort it is not my problem, it is expensive (it was 30🙄) and that is not my problem, are you going to buy anything " -nothing my basket with more items. I was honestly about to leave everything behind, but she was not worth the time I had already spend in store finding items, believe, I was about to let my Colombian side take over me to show her what it fels to be treated like rubish, but I am a better person than she is. Like seriously that is simply not ok. I got a couple of thing for my dog and that was about it Pricing in store is like any other Vinnies, they want to be a cool store pretending is a curated vintage one when they are not, they have some much stock but preffer to bin it rather to put it in the floor at a reasonable price so their inventory rotates faster, raise more money and lower the disposal cost.... sad First and last time visiting this location
Amazing store I have found some amazing things at this location. I have gone 3 times and the staff were so helpful and welcoming! The pricing was amazing. I would truely recommend this op shop to a friend. (Already did) 😊
Have visited a few times and pretty much have come away with something every time. Some items are perhaps overpriced, but there are definitely bargains if you look closely enough. Staff have been pleasant on all visits
I have been going to the shop for last few months and gathered some beautiful layout pictures. They have very good quality furniture that I adore . It’s looks amazing. Lots of Household item, Antique, best quality pictures for house decor. Highly recommended , if you looking for very reasonable price- toys, books, kids clothes or even men & ladies clothes ( they have a section for all brand new item ) and they use all wooden hangers for their clothes , which I haven’t seen in any charity shops. Well Done to all volunteer & new manager , who make the shopping very pleasant ( people might thinking why my feedback long - Because I love to donate my money to charity shop)
