Staff are great, prices not so much unless there is a sale on.

Was met with a new face. She saw I bought a Eiffel Tower item and went out of her way to show me other French stuff which I was happy to have to. Really impressed with the service. I normally come in once a month when visiting my mother in Burnie and its noticeable the shop has had a injection of love for service and it even looks cleaner and more organised. Thank You again to the lady for the shopping experience. You are very sweet like when customer service used to exist.

Lots of different and interesting items. Fairly priced. Staff very sweet. Signs on the walls should be moved, as it had "books" on top of the DVDs. But that's just a minor thing.

This op shop is large but feels rather shabby. Lots of stock makes it feel cluttered. They have some highly priced vintage items, but should drop their prices as these items are not well displayed. Could do better.
