Attended this afternoon and the lady in there was incredibly polite and helpful. Even though it was close to closing time, she helped me find what I was looking for and never once made me feel like an inconvenience. Thank you, I will be returning for another look shortly.
Helpful staff, loans trolley for better transport of donations from car to shop
We bought some great things there. Well presented shop.
The store had a vast array of treasures that were well displayed and reasonably priced. The staff were extremely helpful and the whole experience was a joy. The added bonus was that my purchases not only gave me pleasure but the funds raised by this store assist so many in the community. So many hearts full of joy. Thank you
What a surprise to discover that this store has full security cameras, monitor, one would not be quite expecting this in a op shop, is this the sad situation re bairnsdale? After we recovered from discovering the security measures, there were bargains to be found... staff also monitoring potential customers in the shop,
