Op.Shop A.M.P.S.

Extremely rude volunteers. The shop doesnt price their clothes so you dont know what your paying until you go up to pay. The older curly haired lady at the till was so rude I almost cried, as was one of the other volunteers. 2 very nice and helpful ladies but terrible experience due to the couple of very rude people. Won't be back.

You should have a price list for everyone to see instead of volunteers deciding at the counter. Instead I was asked how much did I want to pay and what’s my budget after I said it was too much. I didn’t come to haggle the price.This has happened twice and I’ve left w nothing. I wont return.

A slightly chaotic but excellent charity shop. The owner and staff are lovely. They have free bread and lots of fruit and veg too which you are welcome to, with no requirement to buy anything but coin donations welcome. It's true that things don't have prices but they turn over so much stuff that I don't think it's a big deal - prices are always very good compared to other chains which have a set price for items.

There was mouse poo in one of the boxes near the dvds. They have food in there!That place is disgusting. It needs a deep clean. No excuse for filth.
