Very disappointed with the service of the Donation area. Have been donating for years n shopping at the op shop and the staff have been lovely. Yesterday was the worst experience EVER i am due to have a baby next week and very big and had brand new bags of kitty litter, science diet cat food and near new bigger items to drop off and staff were bluntly rude in helping. Customer could easily sign a waiver for item to be removed from there cars .... Also sign states 9:30am but staff were to lazy to even open the gate to the donation section. WILL NEVER DONATE TO RSPCA WACOL AGAIN ... I will fined a different organisation.

Not bad layout for a Op Shop. Prices are a bit over the top on the furniture considering its all donated for free! $380 for a dresser thats slightly broken is not okay. Most other things are priced okay, there is an over priced section at the counter that holds bits and pieces, they wanted over 1k for a handbag and had no proof that it was "authentic" when there are to many counterfit bags around. All I can say is be careful what you buy. Staff ladies are all lovely and very friendly.

This has to be one of the worst op shops, and probably the worst RSPCA store. Pricing is outrageous with the boutique extremely overpriced. The had low end brands in the boutique for more than what you would pay in store. I had other shoppers comment to me about the pricing, also disappointed that this is what this store had come to. This shop before the refurb used to be great- not anymore.

Both my sister and I have been teachers for over 20 years and as it is school holidays we both thought to go op shopping. When we had more than we could carry we asked to leave them in a pile out of the way at the counter so we could keep shopping. The lady was very polite and said yes. I later found some great shoes so went to leave with our items. Was told by another girl that in future I would have to use the carry basket. I thought this strange as my things would not fit in the basket. When we had finished shopping we went to the counter to pay and the same girl told us that she was just about to return our items as they had been there too long. I looked at my sister and couldn't believe how rude this girl continued to be. This has never in the 40 years of shopping at op shops have a staff member be so rude especially in front of other members of the public. We did not say anything to this person as it is not my place to teach her some manners but maybe with a bit more training she might be able to treat others with a bit of respect.

The Wacol RSPCA Op Shop is a fantastic place to find quality second-hand items while supporting a great cause. The shop offers a wide range of products, including clothing, homeware, books, and more, all at affordable prices. The store is well-organized, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff and volunteers are friendly and always happy to assist. Parking is plentiful, making it an easy and stress-free shopping experience. I love visiting this shop and knowing that every purchase helps animals in need. Highly recommend for anyone looking to shop sustainably while supporting the SPCA!
