Another op shop that has fallen victim to the retail prices epidemic. Such a shame because I used to really like this one and the staff are always lovely. Thrift stores are supposed to make brands accessible to the underprivileged, you are literally re-selling someone’s unwanted stuff. Why are you charging so much for it?

We frequent this op shop in the neighbourhood and always have such a lovely experience! Bella is incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walk in. She always went out of her way to help, making the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. Her customer service was excellent - patient, kind, and genuinely helpful while browsing. It’s always nice when someone takes the time to chat and make customers feel comfortable, and Bella really did that. She made the shopping experience even better and is a great example of the positive, community spirit you hope to find in an op shop. Thank you, Bella, for the wonderful service. The staff are really lovely and very helpful. The shop itself is clean & well set out, clothing sorted into sizes etc, which is always helpful. However, the pricing is quite high for an op shop. Outside they have some good cheap racks & other things discounted, but inside the pricing is very high. I think even more than some of the other big name op shops I've reviewed. I would not have even Purchased anything if not for the buy 1 get another free equal to or same price sale they had going. Otherwise wanting to charge $10 for a millers dress that was obviously second hand is highway robbery. Plenty of parking on-site, it may be different mon- fri due to being in a business district & located practically on a main road.
