I have been a longtime client of reseller - since they opened on darley road. Today I went in and was served by Louis, who made the experience feel extra attentive. I would 100% recommend both consigning and shopping here. Always super personal and helpful - thank you to the reseller team
Had the best time! They are so helpful from beginning to end. I’ve been trying to save money for Europe and they made it so easy. Will definitely be coming back after my holiday. Thanks guys!
Two misrepresentations by the store: 1. On the website it says it will do walkins, but they didn’t and insisted me to book an appointment online, which is available about 30 min later. The staff could totally have just taken the clothes and save the customers the trouble but refused to do so. 2. On the brand list they listed Nike, but in a separate section it notes that they don’t accept activewear. These conflicting information was not helpful.
Always fun and interesting selling, browsing and shopping at either of the Reseller Manly or Freshwater stores. Immaculately curated, high quality, pristine clothing that’s always changing. I never leave empty handed. Grateful to have such a great local service.
