High quality items at reasonable prices. I enjoy browsing and have found some amazing bargains. Very friendly staff too. I understand the new furniture is not typical for an op shop, but if it raises good money for those in Hospice care then I’m all for it, they do amazing work.
Disappointing to see many misinformed reviews. In addition to selling donated goods at low prices (I bought a nice wool blend jumper for $2 today), the hospice shop also purchases brand new furniture to sell to fund their good work. Presumably end of line, imported, cancelled orders etc. Regardless, it's brand new and still being sold at less than retail price. I saw a brand new couch for 1/3 of RRP. Opinions always differ on the right pricing for anything at charity shops, that's nothing new, but if you are not in the market for brand new goods then just avoid that part of the store. There is still plenty of second hand bargains to be had. Nice clean large store, lovely to browse, plenty to look at. Very happy with my bargain :)
