Love the shop but don’t like the Supervisor. Such a rude person. I go on the days she’s not there. Saturdays and Mondays. I watched her treat a fellow supervisor terribly. It was her day off so she should not have even been there. The poor lady walked away from her job. Don’t take kids or grandkids there; she won’t let them use the toilet. It’s a charity store yet she isn’t very charitable at all. Don’t know her name and don’t want to! Have had similar feedback from friends. Now we have worked out the best day to go. When she is not there. No point bringing concerns up with someone higher as they are friends…. Obviously 🙄
